Is the Etsy Tag Generator free?
You can try the generator for free. Usage may be limited by guest trial rules, account credits, or plan limits.
Do I need an Etsy login?
No. The first version does not connect to your Etsy shop. You can copy the generated tags and paste them into your listing.
How many tags can I use on Etsy?
Etsy allows up to 13 tags per listing.
How long can Etsy tags be?
Etsy tags can be up to 20 characters each.
Should I use single-word or multi-word tags?
Multi-word tags are often more specific and may better match long-tail buyer searches.
Can this tool guarantee more sales?
No. Tags can help with relevance, but sales also depend on product demand, photos, pricing, reviews, shipping, title, description, and competition.
Should I review the generated tags?
Yes. Always check that tags accurately describe your product and do not include misleading, prohibited, trademarked, or irrelevant terms.
Does the tool connect to my Etsy shop?
Not in the first version. You can copy the generated tags and paste them into your Etsy listing.
